First off, as a disclaimer, I don't have any experience with the kind of electrics you posted links to. I only have experience with various hydraulics and manuals. With that said, those "cheap" electrics you posted links to are not what I'd consider cheap. Where I live, a used hydraulic cutter from a top brand costs about $750-$1500 USD (maybe less) and is built to last 30+ years of heavy use.
Hopefully someone else can chime in who has some experience with electrics. The pics and specs do remind me of a cutter that I saw at some friends' shop...
